By entering the stump and entrusting your hoard to the goblin, you agree to the terms below.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Goblin's Dice Stump for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app for unlawful purposes.
Your dice collection may be stored locally on your device. If you use cloud features, data may also be stored using third-party services.
You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for loss of data, including cloud data removed under the retention policy described below.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play under its platform terms.
Stump of Holding is a one-time purchase. Arcane Cloud Binding is a recurring subscription that includes Stump of Holding while active and permanently preserves that lower-tier unlock once granted.
If Arcane Cloud Binding expires, cloud-stored dice data and images may be retained for up to 30 days and then deleted unless the subscription is renewed before the scheduled deletion date.
Local data stored on your device is not removed by that cloud cleanup policy.
We may update, modify, add, or remove app features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
